Deutschland:Polen

We had Polish Piroges for lunch and white asparagus and potatoes (German) for supper. I got the Polish recipe from the internet and I made up the German recipe: peeled and cut the asparagus, fried it with boiled redskin potatoes and rucola. Helmut named it "Asparosi".
