Soccer Recipes

We are waiting to find out who will play against Germany in the "Achtelfinalen". Meanwhile, I am searching for recipes from Ghana, because the US plays Ghana on Thursday. I found a list of recipes (20 years old in the internet, but who knows how old in civilization?). UncaLoyd had a great and easy variation:

"In The Gambia, groundnut stew was called domada. My kids all know how to make it. Basic ingredients are peanut butter, skinless chicken-or beef-or fish. Start like you are going to make chicken stew or soup, that is water at a slow boil to which you add the pieces of what ever you are using for meat. As it starts to cook, 5 minutes or so, add several tablespoons of peanut butter -- add minced garlic, tomato sauce, hot peppers or hot sauce -- if you like it spicy. Cook the rice separately. My family likes chunky style pb. You can make it as thick as you like based on the amount of pb you use. Pretty much like the Ghana recipe, but a little simpler."
This is the Peace Corps experience: uniting peoples!

At any rate, I will cook the stew according to the "family" recipe and I hope the BEST TEAM WINS!!!!
